Heal through connection and creativity.
With over a decade of experience in diverse clinical settings, I provide counseling and art therapy to adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions.
My holistic approach is deeply rooted in my lived experience as a Native Hawaiian and Asian American clinician and my personal journey as a new mother. I focus on building strong therapeutic rapport to help clients explore cultural identity, intergenerational resilience, and the complexities of life’s shifts.
Beyond individual care, I facilitate specialized art therapy groups for students processing grief and exploring themes of belonging. I also support the clinical community as a Maryland Board-approved supervisor and a former adjunct professor of graduate art therapy at The George Washington University.
